Youth entrepreneurship: the role of teachers in the teaching process

Apstrakt

The text deals with the role of the teacher in pedagogical communication and student motivation, with special reference to entrepreneurship classes. The authors explore how the teacher can encourage interaction, information sharing and feedback among students. They also refer to the importance of the motivational role of the teacher in developing curiosity, cognitive hunger and work habits in students. Through examples from practice, they present various methods and tools that can help motivate students, such as project-oriented teaching, guest lecturers and the establishment of sections.
